「新國際政經秩序下的挑戰」論文徵稿
一、主旨
為增進台灣企業與商學研究對於新國際政經秩序發展的瞭解，致理科技大學商貿外語學院辦理本次國際學術研討會，邀請國內產、官、學等各界學者共同參與，連結產官學研更密切的合作機會，歡迎區域經貿整合、跨境貿易管理等相關領域之專家學者參與徵稿，蒞會交流，本研討會所發表論文全文將收錄於研討會論文集。
本次研討會議題主軸為關稅戰在新國際政經秩序下的影響：亞太地區的個案研究、新國際政經秩序下企業區域整合之挑戰、貿易壁壘如何塑造國際企業的全球布局、人工智慧在現代國際貿易的應用、SDGs實務問題研究以及其他相關議題。
二、說明
本次研討會文稿徵選採「論文摘要」審查，摘要審查通過者則可於正式研討會進行論文提報，相關事項說明如下：
(一) 主辦單位：致理科技大學商貿外語學院。
(二) 會議時間：2025年10月21日(星期二)，後續流程將於研討會議程公布。
(三) 會議地點：致理科技大學綜合教學大樓8樓國際會議廳(新北市板橋區文化路一段313號)。

2. 摘要與論文發表需以英文撰寫。

4. 論文摘要經審查通過者，全文須於2025年9月19日星期五(23時59分)前上傳至電子郵件地址: brucelee@mail.chihlee.edu.tw。主旨註明：「商貿外語學院研討會論文全文投稿」。

6. 全文投稿繳交與格式說明：
(1) 論文摘要審查通過者，請依規定論文寫作格式(如附件)撰寫。
(2) 論文全文Word檔，檔名命名為「論文編號_代表作者名_論文篇名」。
(3) 著作授權書Word檔 (https://reurl.cc/5Kr0dG)，代表作者欄請務必親簽；另存PDF檔，命名為「授權書_論文編號_代表作者名_論文篇名.pdf」。
(六) 論文發表
本次研討會採實體「口頭發表」，審查通過之作品若無人可到場發表時，將予以撤稿；若為國外學者，得視個別需要以遠距之方式進行發表。為配合本會進行發表場次安排，有任何問題，請提前通知。每篇報告時間約10-15分鐘，發表場次及時間請參照本會公告。

Challenges under the New International Political and Economic Order
Call for Papers
I. Objective
To enhance the understanding of Taiwanese businesses and academic research regarding the development of the new international political and economic order, the College of International Business and Foreign Languages at Chihlee University of Technology is organizing this international academic conference. The conference will invite scholars from industry, government, and academia to participate, fostering closer collaboration among these sectors. Experts and scholars in areas such as regional economic integration, cross-border trade management, and related fields are welcome to submit papers and engage in discussions. Full papers presented at the conference will be included in the conference proceedings.
The key themes of this conference include:
The impact of tariff wars under the new international political and economic order: Case studies from the Asia-Pacific region;
Challenges of regional integration for businesses under the new international order;
How trade barriers shape the global strategic layout of international enterprises;
The applications of artificial intelligence in modern international trade;
Practical studies on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals);
Other related topics.

The conference follows a "paper abstract review" process. Authors whose abstracts pass the review will be invited to present their full papers at the conference. Details are as follows:

(1) Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2025. Submission via email: brucelee@mail.chihlee.edu.tw. Email subject: "Conference Paper Abstract Submission _ College of International Business and Foreign Languages"
(2) Rolling Review Notification: Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
(3) Full Paper Submission Deadline: Friday, September 19, 2025
5. Submission Guidelines:
(1) Submitted papers must adhere to academic ethics and follow the specified paper format and citation style (refer to the attached template).
(2) Both abstracts and full papers must be written in English.
(3) The abstract review results will be notified via email.
(4) For authors whose abstracts pass the review, the full paper must be attached and emailed to brucelee@mail.chihlee.edu.tw by September 19, 2025 (11:59 PM). Please include "Conference Paper Submission for the School of Foreign Trade and Business" in the email subject line.
(5) Authors must complete the "Paper Submission Registration Form" via the provided online link (https://pse.is/7c7nf7).
(6) Full paper submission format:
Those whose abstracts have been approved should write their full paper according to the specified formatting guidelines (as per the attachment).
The full paper (Word file) should be named as: "PaperID_AuthorName_PaperTitle.docx".
The Word file of "Copyright Authorization Agreement" (https://reurl.cc/5Kr0dG) must be personally signed in the "Authorized Author" field. Save it as a PDF file and name it as follows: "AuthorizationAgreement_PaperNumber_AuthorizedAuthorName_PaperTitle.pdf".
6. Paper Presentation:
This conference will be conducted through in-person oral presentations. If no one is available to present an accepted submission, the submission will be withdrawn. For foreign scholars, remote presentations may be arranged based on individual needs. To facilitate the scheduling of presentation sessions, please notify us in advance if you have any concerns.
